How We Protect Your Personal Data
Data is accessible only to select employees of ESPD LTD who have a specific role in using the data solely in relation to a legitimate interest or need that has been specified in this privacy policy, such as using a Gmail address to provide tutoring for a student. Data is managed within the confines of designated business specific G suite applications. Tutors working on behalf of ESPD LTD are trained and bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements and training.
While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical.

- This consent will involve submission of payment details and a Gmail address which may or may not be of a student under 18; and
- ESPD LTD is not responsible for a dispute regarding parental consent and will not enter into any such dispute.
